How much does it cost a former student to request documents from their Student Record?

Cost:
Official Transcripts: $3 per transcript + $2 flat fee per order
Unofficial Transcript: $3 per transcript + $2 flat fee per order

How much does it cost an authorized 3rd Party to request documents from a Student’s record?

Official Transcript: $3 per transcript + $5.95 flat fee per order.
Graduation Verification: $3 per verification + $5.95 per order.

How long does it take to process a request?

Typically, requests take 5-7 business days to process. You will receive an email update once your request has been processed.

Can you confirm when my college has received my transcript?

We cannot confirm when a particular college, employer or agency actually processes the transcript. Please be aware that in busy times colleges and universities may take several days to process incoming transcripts.

Can I get a copy of my SAT/ACT scores?

SAT and ACT scores may be listed in your transcript depending on your graduation date. If they are not, you must request those from www.collegeboard.org or call 866.756.7346 www.actstudent.org or call 319-337-1270
